All our prices are in Danish kroner incl. VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices and can change from day to day. as a Buyer, you will be invoiced for the price applicable at the time of ordering. Reservations are made for typos, out-of-stock items and failed deliveries.
1.1 Price match
If the price of an item is reduced within 30 days of purchase in connection with sales or other campaigns, we offer to match this price and pay the difference.
As a buyer, you must claim the price guarantee yourself by contacting us customer service specifying all necessary information.
UniqueBeds is not obliged to inform about future price reductions, campaigns, sales, etc.
At UniqueBeds.com you can pay free of charge with: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Anyday and Mobilpay. We reserve the right to charge a fee for payments with corporate cards issued in the EU and using credit cards issued outside the EU.
The account information entered when purchasing goods is sent directly to Swedbank, Clearhouse or Nets in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and the purchaser can read. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from our warehouse.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly payment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each payment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. If you shop at UniqueBeds, Home & Living, you always get the fastest and safest delivery
By default, small packages are sent with GLS to your nearest parcel shop and large items are delivered to the curb.
You can see the delivery time on each product before placing it in the basket. When purchasing several items with different delivery times, the longest is used as a starting point. Otherwise, you can always contact us if we need to split the delivery.
The delivery time varies from 1 day for the items we have in stock and up to 9 weeks for the most unique joinery handmade beds and furniture.
If you have ordered "a small package", you will receive an SMS and email from GLS with a tracking number as soon as they have received the package.
If you have ordered "a large order" such as beds, furniture and mattresses, we will contact you by phone, text or email to find a day that suits you. Our shipping company sends you an SMS the day before delivery with a time interval and again on the day approx. 30 minutes before arrival.
- If the freight company drives in vain, a re-driving fee of DKK 499 is imposed. which must be paid before new delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot dispose of your old furniture etc.
3.3 Receipt of defective goods
If the packaging is damaged on delivery or has clear signs of being defective, receipt must be acknowledged on the waybill "with reservation" for any damage to the contents.
3.4. Damage to contents/dwelling upon delivery
If there is damage to the contents or home during delivery, this must be noted on the waybill or delivery note. If the damage is only discovered after the drivers have left the address, contact our customer service no later than 24 hours after the delivery has taken place.
3.5 The risk of accidental demise or deterioration
At the time when the ordered goods have come into the buyer's possession, the risk that the ordered goods perish or are damaged due to accidental circumstances passes to the buyer.
3.6 Delivery to islands
If it is to be delivered to "non-bridgeable islands", there will be a DKK 499. shipping fee on - You must select "delivery to non-bridgeable islands" under delivery options and then we will deliver to the kerb.
3.7 Delivery to other countries
If you live in a country outside Denmark but which is part of the EU, we can deliver your desired goods to your home and the price for the products is the same as on our Danish side, but shipping costs vary depending on the country it is to be delivered to and the size of the order and it is you as the customer who is responsible for all shipping costs to your home and also in the event of a return back to us where you would like to be responsible for the shipping yourself, but we can also help with that. You must write to our customer service at info@uniquebeds.com with the goods you want to buy and then we will create an invoice for you, which must be prepaid as a bank transfer and then we will hold an ongoing dialogue regarding the production and delivery of your order.
4.1 14-day right of cancellation/return
With us you get a full satisfaction guarantee*, so you can return your purchase within 14 days if the product does not meet your expectations and get the full amount refunded.
We've made returns easy for you! When you order a return via our return portal, we arrange for larger shipments to be picked up directly at your address - without any hassle.
For smaller parcels, we offer easy delivery at your nearest parcel shop. Our goal is to ensure a safe and problem-free shopping experience where you can always feel comfortable with your purchase.
For large return shipments: If you are not at home as agreed to deliver your large shipment to the truck, there is a re-delivery fee for large shipments.

It is only possible to invoke the extended right of withdrawal once. Subsequent purchases are subject to the Purchase Act's general rules on the right of withdrawal.
4.2 Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
1. Goods that are specially manufactured according to your wishes, such as e.g. handmade beds, dining tables, furniture, sofas, sofa beds, bed frames and mattresses etc. where you choose your own size, colour, firmness, leg type, mattress type and headboard type etc. There is no right of return.
All products that are handmade in solid wood will have different expressions as the wood grain, knots, etc. are different on each piece of wood and there are cracks or holes that are done as neatly as possible, therefore the pictures are indicative and the finished product will often differ from the pictures.
Bed frames, beds and mattresses that are handmade in Danish standard sizes (90×200, 140×200, 160×200 and 180×200) have a full right of return, but all other sizes that have other widths and other lengths are special measurements and therefore there is no right of withdrawal on them. - As production starts after 24 hours from ordering, changes must be made within 24 hours, otherwise the purchase is binding as production is already underway and metered goods plus wood will be cut the same day after your order.
We do not take back handmade beds, furniture, sofas, bed frames and mattresses if you (the customer) have measured incorrectly/ there is no room in the room, or if your own bed bases or mattresses do not fit into the bed frame. It is your (the customer's) responsibility to provide all valid information on your order, as the carpenter or workshop otherwise always makes it according to the standard measurements of our own products
2. Goods purchased as set, for example exhibition models, or products in our Outlet
4.3 The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. You can thus try your product in the same way as in a physical store. If the item has been tried on or is dirty when it comes back to us (Uniquebeds), we consider it used. This means that in the event of a return, we withhold all or part of the amount corresponding to the decrease in value, and that you can thus receive an amount back that corresponds to the commercial value of the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed in the original packaging, as it cannot otherwise be resold. You bear the risk and responsibility for the goods from the time of collection of the goods from you to delivery from us (Uniquebeds).
Goods must be returned in the following way: For smaller goods, a return label is used, which you can find through ours return portal. For larger items such as beds and furniture that must be picked up by a carrier, returns can be ordered through the link on the Returns page here.:
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed in the original packaging, as it cannot otherwise be resold. You bear the risk and responsibility for the goods from the time of collection of the goods from you to delivery from us (Uniquebeds). Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
4.4 Costs for return.
4.5 Repayment of the purchase amount.
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you have paid us back, less return/shipping costs. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund the full amount of the item(s), this does not apply to the delivery costs. We will refund the amount within 14 days from the date on which we have received the item in our warehouse
*Does not apply to goods covered by point 4.2 goods that are exempt from the right of withdrawal
4.6 Return from other countries
All the above points apply to orders delivered to countries outside Denmark but within the EU. In addition, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. You may be responsible for the return to us yourself, but we can also help with that. The shipping price will vary depending on which country it is to be picked up in and how much it takes up and weighs, therefore we recommend that you contact us first so that we can obtain a quote for the delivery for you. You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs, while the amount for the product if it is a standard item is fully refundable and all money will be refunded on the item once it has arrived at our warehouse and been checked through. if there is damage or stains on the return order, we will enter into a dialogue about declining the price, otherwise the order can be sent back to you (the customer) again if this is desired.
5.1 Complaint
You have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. This means that you either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
5.2 Complaints/extended warranty
We provide an extended product warranty on some of our products, the extended warranty appears on the individual product pages. As a starting point, there is a 10-year extended guarantee on all our duvets, a 25-year guarantee on all our mattresses and a 5-year extended guarantee on elevation motors.
It is important to us that you feel safe shopping at Unique Beds. Unique Beds ApS is the data controller and complies with all rules in the European General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
The personal data that we collect is stored by Unique Beds in Denmark and can be accessed by our units worldwide. They are stored securely with our hosting partners.
6.1 You can at any time:
- Submit a complaint to a supervisory authority (e.g. the Danish Data Protection Authority)
- Request access to and correction or deletion of the personal data
- Restrict or oppose the processing of personal data
- Request data portability if applicable

At Unique Beds, we are obliged to comply with applicable rules and laws for good marketing. If you have accepted any of the services below, we reserve the right to send you updates to our Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have withdrawn your consent. We will not send you any other type of information.

For the purposes of online trading and customer satisfaction, targeted online marketing, improvements to our products and services, administrative and internal purposes, Unique Beds may collect and process the following personal data about you:

- IP address where you shop from
- selected delivery store

All personal data is treated confidentially. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the following:
6.4 Why we collect your data.
- Collection is necessary to fulfill a contract in which the data subject is participating (e.g. shopping on UniqueBeds.com)
- Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g. to comply with the Accounting Act)
- Processing is necessary for legitimate interests (e.g. internal business purposes such as improving our website or our services and products and fraud detection)
- Your consent (newsletters, create account)
- We only use your e-mail address as part of the execution of your order and for carrying out customer surveys. If you want to receive our newsletter, it requires a special consent from you.
- If you place an order with us, you will in some cases receive an email inviting you to review your experience or the items you have purchased. - We share your name, email address and order number with Trustpilot to ensure that only customers from our webshop can receive an invitation.
